About Rostrm

A note from the founder

I've spent my career in communications and PR. Most of it has been spent watching good teams do work that shouldn't take as long as it does.

The press release that needs drafting before the end of the day. The statement that has to be right first time because the story is already moving. The Q&A pack for an interview tomorrow morning. None of it is difficult work exactly — but it's slow, it's constant, and it always lands on the people who have the least time.

What struck me was how much of that work is the same work. Every organisation has a voice, a set of spokespeople, messages it wants to land and subjects it won't touch. That doesn't change between one press release and the next. But most teams start from a blank page every time anyway.

Rostrm is the answer to that. You brief it once, properly, on who you are. After that it drafts in your voice, with your people, inside your lines. Not a blank page — a colleague who already knows the organisation.

It's built for teams doing this work under pressure, with too little time and too much riding on getting it right. And it's built for the founders and small organisations who can't justify a communications team but still need one — because the story doesn't wait until you can afford to hire.

The work still gets done properly. It just stops taking all day.
